ABOUT

My first exposure to real estate and construction came early in my career. While attending the University of Texas, I sold homes for a regional new home builder. It made me realize I really enjoy the process of developing a tangible asset from blueprints to completion.

After graduating with a degree in Economics, I moved to Atlanta where I was the business development manager for a publicly traded environmental consulting company. I traveled extensively throughout my 13 state territory establishing and expanding relationships with major oil and gas company clients.

After growing tired of the constant travel, I decided to move back to East Texas and join my family’s business. As a heavy-duty truck dealer for Freightliner, Sterling, and Western Star, we had several locations in Texas and Louisiana. I was the general manager for one of the Texas locations managing 50 employees and a P&L of over $20M. Upon the successful sale of this business to a South African based multi-national company, I decided to get back into real estate.

Obtaining a Texas real estate license, I focused my efforts on representing developers. I also began purchasing, remodeling, and re-selling properties.

One of my developer relationships lead me to Los Cabos, Mexico, where I spent 5 years working on luxury developments. I founded a company that was hired by the largest developer in Cabo to manage the sales team, the marketing and develop new products for a 2,000 acre master planned development that included a marina, golf courses, hotels and beach clubs. We had over $150M in listings and my largest individual personal sale was an $8M beachfront villa.

I moved back to Austin in 2011 where I have been actively remodeling and building homes. I have completed projects throughout Travis and Williamson counties; however, my focus is on urban infill locations.  With an emphasis on functional living, high quality construction, attention to detail, and superior finishes, I take pride in the fact that my projects will be a family’s home for many decades to come.
